Josh Boone Posts Storyboard Images From The New Mutants
The trailer for X-Men: The New Mutants is finally upon us and it looks so different from anything we've seen from a superhero movie. We don't see much in the way of powers from our young cast but this trailer does a great job of setting the mood for this horror movie with mutants.
Director Josh Boone posted to instagram some storyboard pictures and the corresponding image during the trailer. It gives people an idea of what happens when a scene goes from sketch to screen
We still only know a little about this movie with one teaser and almost no official images to go on. However, it's an interesting to see the process and how close the two images end up being. Now that we have a teaser we should be getting more information about The New Mutants in the coming months.
Summary: Five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a secret facility against their will, fight to escape their past sins and save themselves.
X-Men: New Mutants, directed by Josh Boone, stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Alice Braga, Maisie Williams, Charlie Heaton, Blu Hunt, and Henry Zaga. It will be released on April 18th, 2018.
