Ed Brubaker Brings Us the Latest On Kill Or Be Killed, Too Old To Die, Velvet, Westworld and Criminal

Ed Brubaker's latest newsletter pulled together all the various strands of his current work – that the public knows anyway – and corrected a few media glitches along the way.

Such as Chad Stahelski, the director of John Wick, attached to the movie adaptation of Kill Or Be Killed, based on his comic with Sean Phillips.

How it was put together by Jeff Waxman, producer on John Wick 2, how Brubaker suggested Dan Casey after reading his screenplay draft of Incognito, before Jeff and Chad took the project to Basil Iwanyk at Thunder Road.

But no, Ed didn't do rewrites on the Captain America: Winter Soldier movie.

Too Old To Die, the TV series he co-created with Nicolas Winding Refn for Amazon is currently in production.

Velvet is being developed for TV by Kyle Killen for Paramount.

No, he didn't work on Westworld Season Two. But he knows it is close to wrapping production,

And he's working on more Criminal.

Kill Or Be Killed #15 has gone to the printers. Here's a page from it. There were more in his newsletter. You can sign up here.
