SDCC 2019: 60+ Pics From the Mondo Booth-Tiki's, Figures, and More

Mondo has really stepped up on the collectibles side of things as of late. Yeah, the posters and pins are popular, we know that. But they have been doing some awesome things in both the figures world and with their lines of tiki mugs. With heavy-hitter licenses like Marvel, Batman: The Animated Series, Rick and Morty, Masters of the Universe, and now Disney, the hits should keep on coming too.

What a display Mondo has this year. New figures from Adventure Time, Rick and Morty, and Spongbob were prominently featured in the first case. The Rick and Morty set comes with all kinds of swappable parts too. Underneath them was some kind of Mech figure of Captain America that garnered ooh's and ahh's when someone would walk up to it.

Mondo also had their line of Batman: The Animated Series figures up on display, along with a Mech Batman figure. I am really curious about those, they look like epic sculpts and I hope they reach market. Half Life, God of War, and Creature From the Black Lagoon figures were also in the case.

Masters of the Universe fans crowded the 1/6th scale figure display, with Man-At-Arms, Skeletor, He-Man, Faker, Hordak, and Mer-Man all on display. All of these look incredible, and that Hordak especially is a work of art.

Form there, their new line of Mondoids took over the booth. I like these, but I just don't see myself collecting them. They have some great ones- Jason looks fantastic, the Marvel ones are fun, and who doesn;t love them some Alien and Gremlins? They are even at a great price point, It was really hard to gage interest in these while at the booth as well.

Finally, look at all those tiki mugs! Mondo has been crushing these as of late, and the debuts in the cases were incredible. The Disney ones featuring Lion King characters and Scrooge McDuck are must haves. Seriously, the Alien ones might e the best. Or maybe Jaws. I don;t know, all I can say is that they look great.
