You're not gonna' have Daniel Tosh and Tosh.0 to kick around anymore!!!

Actually, we're just messin' with 'ya – you're gonna' have a whole lot more Daniel Tosh and Tosh.0 to do with whatever you want, with Comedy Central signing the comedian to a comprehensive deal that includes an additional four seasons of his weekly comedy series as well as a first-look deal at both scripted and unscripted content.

"I'm very excited and grateful. I just wish my parents got to see me reach this level of success. They're both still alive, but they only have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple TV, and Quibi."

Accoring to Variety, Tosh and the cable network are currently discussing a new weekly unscripted series that he would host, as well as a scripted project. Comedy Central co-head of original content Sarah Babineau also revealed during the Television Critics Association (TCA) winter press event that Tosh.0 (which will now spend at least 16 seasons on the channel) will have its own dedicated channel on Pluto as well as a YouTube channel for later this year.

Comedy Central's Tosh.0 premiered in June 2009, and over the course of the past ten years has become an important "tentpole" program for the channel. The series is executive produced by Tosh, Charlie Siskel, Nick Malis, and Christie Smith. Comedy Central's Monika Zielinska is the executive in charge of production.

"It is a testament to Daniel's creative genius and expertise as a producer that he can keep a series thriving for 16 seasons while juggling stand-up projects, touring, and new-series development. Through this Tosh.0 extension and first-look deal with Daniel, we are excited to keep working with him for years to come."
