Three Ways To Afford DC Comics' Convergence (UPDATE)

So, the DC event-to-end-all-events, Convergence, is going to cost a lot. If you buy it all that is. 40 two-issue series, plus nine issues of a weekly running through it all…

Collector's Paradise will give you 30% off, dropping the cover price down by over $100 from $357 to $249.99

DCBS is doing a 50% bundle of the Convergence issues- but not the nine issue weekly series. $79.60 a month, so that's a total of $159.40 and you'll have to buy Convergence separately at a lesser discount.

But Golden Apple in LA seem to have done their maths wrong, saying the complete series would cost $250, but they'll sell it for $150, including the weekly series, which is a real bargain, and they say the first two customers who sign up will get one of these exclusive Convergence prints that were given away at the DC Retailer Roadshow at Burbank on Friday. If they honour that deal, that might be one to snap up… even if you are a rival dealer…

UPDATE: They have now clarified – it's just the first month of Convergence, the issue ones, and the weekly all in… the "both months" bundle is at $275… and only in store, not online!
