Mondo is bringing the Merc with a Mouth to San Diego Comic-Con 2026 with the reveal of its latest X-Men: The Animated Series 1/6-scale exclusive. Although Wade Wilson never had a speaking role in the beloved '90s cartoon, he made several memorable background appearances. Now Mondo is giving Deadpool the animated treatment with an exclusive release that pays tribute to the company's previous Wolverine convention exclusive.

The figure features unique, themed packaging depicting Deadpool lounging on a bed, admiring a photo of Wolverine or Cable. It also includes five interchangeable head sculpts, multiple sets of swappable hands, his signature katanas, an assortment of firearms, and attachable blaster effects. Mondo even packed in several fun accessories inspired by the X-Men universe, including a Wolverine-themed pillow, a Wolverine Itty Bitty Funko Pop, and a plush unicorn. "Okay, first of all, FIFTEEN other X-Men got figures before DEADPOOL??? And Wolverine got like five?! Cool. Not like he's one of the most popular Marvel characters right now… Anyway, apparently this Deadpool 1/6 Scale Figure is "paying homage to the 2021 San Diego Comic-Con Wolverine Variant," which is marketing speak for "Remember that funny meme we turned into a viral figure release?
