Gargantos Returns to Marvel Legends Gamerverse with Player 2 Variant

Hasbro’s Marvel Legends Gamerverse brings back Gargantos in a Player 2 variant — a 6" scale, 22"-wide figure with bendable tentacles, priced at $64.99 and arriving Fall 2026.

Gargantos is one of Marvel Comics' classic monsters, first appearing in Strange Tales #126. This massive tentacled creature has been a recurring threat throughout Marvel history and is sometimes confused with Shuma-Gorath, the powerful mystical being from Doctor Strange stories. However, Gargantos gained additional popularity thanks to his appearances in the classic 1990s arcade fighting games Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter and Marvel vs. Capcom. Hasbro previously brought Gargantos to life in the Marvel Legends line, and now the creature is returning with a brand-new Player 2 design. Designed at a 6" scale, this monstrous figure features an all-new pink color scheme and bendable wire tentacles, and it measures 22" wide!

The figure also includes articulated eyelids and an additional eyeball accessory to recreate some of Gargantos' more unusual attacks and special moves. The Gamerverse Gargantos player-two variant continues Hasbro's celebration of alternate fighting game designs.
