Anomaly to Launch Series Of $9.99 How To Draw Books in October With Pocket Reference Heads

Anomaly Productions founded by Harry M. Brittenham and Brian Haberlin is best known for its immense colour graphic novels full of AR content. But at the Diamond Retail Summit in Las Vegas this past weekend they had plenty to show off.

Firstly, discussing its Creative Creature Capture AR app for their books that challenges youngsters to find and learn about a variety of fantastical animals lost in our world who must be sent home to their families. Little bit of a Pokemon Go vibe there…

But they also announced a new line of how-to-draw books, for comic books and other purpoes, to begin publication in October, all with a $9.99 price point and an interactive app with two hours of content. This will be augmented by Pocket Reference Heads that artists can use as a head reference for their art… you can follow the rest of Bleeding Cool's coverage of Diamond Retail Summit site, right here.
