More Avengers: No Surrender Art Ch-Ch-Changes as Pepe Larraz Returns For #690 Finale

There are always a few changes 'twixt solicitation and publication for bigtime comic book publishers. Sometimes they get the details wrong, sometimes the situation changes, sometimes they change their collective corporate minds. Ch-Ch-Changes is there to try and keep you up to date with some of the bigger amends to creators, credits and story details.

X-Men Gold #25 will have art from Jose Soares, in addition to the previously solicited Paulo Siqueira.

 

Infinity Countdown #2 will have art by Mike Deodato, in addition to the previously solicited Aaron Kuder and Mike Hawthorne.

While Avengers #690 will have interior art by Pepe Larraz, instead of the previously solicited Paco Medina.

This is in addition to last week's reported changes that saw Avengers #681 being joined by Mike Perkins, in addition to the previously solicited Kim Jacinto while Avengers #682 will have art by Sean Izaakse, instead of Jacinto.

Considering the very long lead this weekly run had, being worked on from the beginning of 2017, it seems surprising to see such changes being made at this late stage. But Pepe Larraz had such a strong impact with those first few issues of No Surrender, with retailers scrambling to get more copies, it might make sense to bring him back for the final issue…
