Bitch Planet To Get A Trigger Warning?

Bitch Planet #6 by Kelly Sue DeConnick and Taki Soma is (finally) coming out in the first week of 2016. As well as now being $3.99, with fluorescent ink on the front cover, it now carries a "content advisory due to a sexual assault that occurs in the story."

It already has a M For Mature cover warning and the comic book has not been backwards in coming forwards over the brutality of the world in which these characters live in.

I am told that the character of Meiko has a history that includes sexual assault. I am told that it's not portrayed gratuitously or in great detail, but the team thought it best to have a content advisory at the beginning of the issue, just to give folks who want to skip it the option to do so.
