Deathbark Woods – Choose Your Own Adventurous Path

Shalom Javaid writes for Bleeding Cool:

Are you tired of reading books only to find out that the protagonist did something you would have never done? Tired of yelling at a book for not listening to you? Tired of crying countless hours at the outcome of the book? Well, then you're in luck. 3E – Deathbark Woods is a book that lets you be the chooser of your own adventurous path. Gone are the days of when the main characters in a book made their own decisions, because you make the decisions for them. Choose what you would like your protagonist to do. So put down the gun, put away those anti-depressants and cancel your membership with your psychiatrist for 3E – Deathbark Woods is the cure for all your problems. But this project will only be possible with your help and your pledges. $5 will get you a digital copy and $15 will get you a physical copy. A higher amount will get you my undying gratitude.

Wanna find out what 3E – Deathbark Woods is? Then go to this link.

DBW13E is a story of three elves and their travels across the land of Faeth in search of adventure and glory. They travel across Deathbark Woods, Mount Saurian, Underwater city of Wurun, Sacred tomb of Aarath, Moonblood Marshes, Castle of Chaos, and many other hazardous locations.

The first book takes place in the Deathbark Woods. Sand, an elf from the deserts of Darakhoon, is searching for fame and glory. Veralyn is a dark elf from the caverns of Ul-matier and her personal quest is to achieve further knowledge to becoming a better magic wielder. Eradoom is an elven dwarf from the caves of Modgar whose dream is to acquire wealth. Together they believe they can achieve their goals a lot quicker. Your goal is to guide our heroes safely through the deadly and treacherous woods while encountering its dangerous monsters and strange inhabitants, and attain the Orb of Gar.
The Orb of Gar is an object of unlimited power, which is believed to have been created by the ancient gods, many millennia ago. The Orb is so old that nobody knows how to wield it, yet many powerful leaders, sorcerers, warlocks and warlords desperately desire it. One such wealthy warlock, Zarr Amarazz, has promised a reward of fifty thousand gold pieces, immense fame and secrets of his magic to anyone who brings him the Orb. Many warriors and ruffians have set out to find the Orb, which is rumored to be resting within the Deathbark Woods. Unbeknownst to all seekers, is that the Shadow Knight, Rothedun, guards it.

The primary goal of this Kickstarter is to get Book 1 completed, with a secondary goal of turning 3E into a full time job.

DBW2Book 1 – Deathbark Woods – is only the tip of the iceberg, and sets up many events to come in the rest of series.

I need the $9000 for completing the project, by inking, coloring and lettering the 105 page book. Meeting the goal would also help me in taking time off work to get the book completed much quicker. Addition money will greatly help me in getting the books printed so almost all of my backers can get a printed copy as well. Thanks for all the support and I hope you enjoy the book!

You can help me by share this on Facebook and Twitter, and if you can a pledge would be greatly appreciated.

My kickstarter.
