Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #26 Goes to Second Printing

It was probably to be expected. But Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #26 is going to second printing after selling out at Boom Studios.

Part of their Shattered Grid storyline, the title seems to be joining Amazing Spider-Man and Thanos as repeated sellout-then-reprint title.

Conversely, DC Comics who had the biggest selling hit of all with Action Comics #1000 has managed to keep that comic book in print.

Sellouts and second printings may be promoted as comic book retailers not ordering enough. But then again it could also be seen as publishers not printing as many.

Because while DC Comics can supply retailers with more copies of Action Comics #1000 this week, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #26 will only see its second printing get to stores for the 16th May.
