No Skip Week For Comic Books This Christmas

MickeyDonald_ChristmasCVRCertain years see Diamond Comic Distributors take a skip week over the Christmas holidays, depending on when the holiday says land, and some publishers put out limited but special comics held back a week for that eventuality.

This year, because of the way the calendar falls, this will not be the case. New Comic Book Days land on the 23rd and 30th December. 2013 saw New Comic Book Day moved to Tuesdays for two weeks in a row and a limited amount of comics available for purchase.

But not only will this year run smoothly, next year should be fine as well. But 2017 may see either delays or a skip week as the holidays again encroach into the shipping windows…
