Birmingham Comic Con Cancelled For 2011

The British International Comic Show has been cancelled for 2011, as the regular venue, the ThinkTank at Millennium Point in Birmingham, is unavailable and the organisers have been unable to find a suitable replacement. Usually held in the autumn, BICS is the sister show to the Bristol Comic Con, still going ahead as planned.

However, for deprived Brummies, the organisers are putting on Comics Launchpad on June 18th in Birmingham, aimed at comic creators and aspiring creators.
