Talking Comics – Discussing This Week's Upcoming Titles From Jupiter's Circle To Rebels, Savior, Convergence & More!

Bleeding Cool welcomes the return of Talking Comics, from Excalibur Comics, Cards, and Games in Shreveport, Louisiana, to discuss this week's upcoming books, speculating about where they are headed, and discuss their favorite storylines.

There are tons of great comics hitting the shelf for April 8, 2015, and we cannot wait to get so many of these brand new series in our hands!

Starting with Jupiter's Circle, we get to take a look at the early days of Jupiter's Legacy, and the drama and political intrigue that happened during that time, leading up to the current series that we all know and love, Jupiter's Legacy.

Rebels #1 from Brian Wood and Dark Horse Comics hits this week, and I cannot wait to take a look at a historical take of early America.

Savior from Todd McFarlane and Image Comics starts this week, and simply asks the question, "What if the most powerful man in the world was also the most dangerous person in the world, and trying to do the most good?"  With this series we get to take a look at a different perspective on the return of a messiah, and how his presence in our modern world would affect everything.

Deadpool #45 hits the shelf this week, and along with getting a ton of assorted stories by different writers and by different artists, Deadpool will die in this issue.  You have been warned.

This is the week of Convergence.  Last week, we did get Convergence #0, this week we get Convergence #1, and there will be a Convergence issue every week, for the next 8 weeks.  On top of that, there will be additional two issue mini-series that will accompany each issue of Convergence, and this week there are ten additional Convergence series that hit the shelf.  All of these stories take place in the Pre-Flashpoint DC Universe, so that you have the context of where these stories will be coming from.  If you're ready for the makeover that DC has in store for the DC Universe, do not miss Convergence!

Tons of our favorite comics are hitting the shelf this week, from Image and from Marvel Comics, and we cannot wait to get them into our grubby paws, and have fun reading them.
