Riri Williams Dreams Of Civil War II in Champions #25

Civil War II began with Thanos travelling to Earth looking for Infinity Stones (Man, change the record) to be met by Captain Marvel and other Avengers who were ready for him. During which, he killed James Rhodes, War Machine. It was quite the thing – though obviously he came back eventually.

That was also the first event that Riri Williams, the new Ironheart, played a part in. And in the new Champions #25 out this week, those events from a few years ago are being revisited, as she too plays the role of a spinoff Iron Man.

Is this to be her fate as well? Or is she just seeing… patterns?
