ShortBox, the Loot Crate of Exclusive Comics, Now Has Reduced Shipping to the USA

ShortBox is a box of comics exclusively created and shipped out by mail every quarter, published by Zainab Akhtar It's not a subscription service, as each ShortBox must be individually ordered, but it fits into the marketplace mindset of that model fairly easily, Based in the UK, one issue that has been raised was the higher cost of shipping each Shortbox to the USA, limiting that audience a little.

Well, as of their ninth quarterly Shortbox for September, that has now changed. They now ship from the USA as well, reducing the prices dramatically for the USA and significantly for Canadian customers. Orders can be made here.

And their ninth Shortbox includes five brand new exclusive comics 'involving demons, transformative teas, mysterious islands, robot bears, underground mob power wars, social media relationships and more, from some of the freshest, finest and most interesting contemporary cartoonists around.'

Here's what's in September's offering:

  • Did You See Me? by Sophia Foster-Dimino, 56pp, colour.
  • Stoke by Sam Wade, 32pp, colour.
  • The Island by Joy San, 40pp, colour.
  • Taemons by Kim Salt, 44pp, black & white with spot colour.
  • Gonzalo by Jed McGowan, 36pp, colour.
