As seen by a bootless Batman. You know, he could probably start an entire OnlyFans channel on that alone.
Who almost reaches out to the Joker… literally… before thinking better of it. And from within the tank, the Joker gives Batman a warning.
Or rather, gives Bruce Wayne the warning.
He knows Batman is Bruce Wayne, he knows someone is coming to kill Bruce… and in Batman #12, we get to see all the people who are indeed coming to kill Batman.
Or rather, Bruce Wayne.
And we have also got an idea where this is heading…
But at the end of Batman #12, we returned to the Joker in his tank. Or at least someone did…
But who? Well… he tapped twice. Just like Batman almost did the last time he was here.
He could not be seen. Not by the Joker anyway.
You know who also can't be seen these days?
And they left without triggering the electrocuton panels. Almost as if there was no one there at all.
But to be fair, Batman may have that covered, too, as seen in previous issues.
He has personal nullifiers. And purely in terms of symbology, that scene with the uninterrupted red path… did look a bit like this.
Was it Batman visiting The Joker outside of Dr Zeller's influence or knowledge? Either way, we now know that it's not going to end well…
