Swearing at Cyclops and Captain America From 3 Different Perspectives in Uncanny X-Men #11 (Spoilers)

Today sees the publication of Uncanny X-Men #11, the triple-sized, double-priced comic that gives you one story, told three ways for the price of two. I think the maths is right on that one.

However you want to numbercrunch it, this is Cyclops, revived from the dead to find all the X-Men gone. Well, most of them. Mutantism being done away with by humanity. All the bad guys still running around.

And the most Chamber scene you've seen in ages. Created by Scott Lobdell and Chris Bachalo for Generation X, Chamber was British and you knew this because everything he said dropped his 'aitches and used the word 'wanker' because the Comics Code Authority didn't know what it meant. I'm not sure he ever said Pip Pip, but he came close.

Anyway, the Chamber confrontation clearly inspired something in Cyclops in his confrontation with Captain America at a Human Rights rally…

Cyclops Is Right. So, what do we think of the colouring?

Oh, and by the way, there is one double-page spread towards the end that only works if you read the bottom third tier backwards and it doesn't really direct the eye that way as much as it thinks it does. Start from the plughole and work your way back. It's part of something timefluid involving Blindfold, but it's handy to know that in advances…
