Disney Speedstorm Launches Music-Inspired Lumina Fest Event

Disney Speedstorm has a brand-new event out right now, as the team at Gameloft has created the new music-inspired Lumina Fest. The event mimics the kind of vibes you would get if you were going to a music festival, meshed with the racing game, as you'll run around several tracks to get special items and more for a limited time. Drive To The Best Of Your Own Drum in Disney Speedstorm's Lumina Fest

Running until September 12th, Lumina Fest is structured around five festival stages, each lasting four days. Throughout the event, beloved Disney and Pixar characters—including Ralph from Disney's Wreck-It Ralph, Stitch from Disney's Lilo & Stitch, Rapunzel from Disney's Tangled, Go Go Tomago from Disney's Big Hero 6, and Lightning McQueen from Disney and Pixar's Cars—will take center stage, each bringing themed challenges, rewards, and new music festival-inspired content.

Players who participate throughout the festival will be able to unlock featured racers, brand-new Lumina outfits, as well as avatars, and other themed cosmetics. During the event, players will also have the opportunity to unlock additional racers, including Beast from Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Jessie from Disney and Pixar's Toy Story, Lilo from Disney's Lilo & Stitch, and more, simply by visiting the in-game shop. Meanwhile, the most dedicated competitors will be able to earn even more rewards through leaderboard events.

Beyond individual progression, Lumina Fest will also introduce Community Milestones, encouraging players worldwide to work together toward shared objectives. As milestones are reached, the community will unlock additional rewards, making the festival a collaborative celebration for everyone. Featuring a brand-new original music track inspired by a Disney classic, a dedicated festival visual identity, exclusive cosmetics, and collaborative challenges, Lumina Fest promises to be one of Disney Speedstorm's most memorable seasonal celebrations yet.
