Metallica #MetallicaMondays: Paris, September 8th, 2017

Metallica, like most of the music industry right now, is off the road. To help fans pass the time, they are introducing #MetallicaMondays on their YouTube and Facebook page every Monday night at 8PM EST. Each Monday, they will post a set in its entirety. It is a neat idea, and the second week features the boys playing a set in Paris from September 8th, 2017. For those of us who were not there, here is the setlist:

Metallica Paris

  • Hardwired
  • Atlas, Rise!
  • Seek and Destroy
  • Leper Messiah
  • The Day That Never Comes
  • Now That We're Dead
  • Dream No More
  • For Whom the Bell Tolls
  • Halo On Fire
  • Last Caress
  • Creeping Death
  • Moth Into Flame
  • Sad But True
  • One
  • Master of Puppets
ENCORE
  • Blackened
  • Nothing Else Matters
  • Enter Sandman

Man, Leper Messiah is worth tuning in for alone. That is not one that Metallica pulls out that often. I watched last week's show three times, hopefully this one can match it.

Look for a new show every Monday here.

While we're all doing our part and staying home, we find ourselves missing live music, so how about we dive back into a few of our favorite shows at a socially responsible distance? Not to sound too cheesy, but now more than ever, we're in this together, and staying connected is how we'll get through it. With that in mind, we're bringing a series of Live Metallica shows right to your couch!

We're taking things indoors for tonight's edition of #MetallicaMondays! Tune in on YouTube or Facebook to catch Live in Paris – September 8, 2017 for free! Streaming starts at 8 PM EDT, but don't worry if you can't make it. The show will be on demand for you to enjoy all week! Make sure you're subscribed to our YouTube channel to receive a notification when the show is about to begin.
