Yahoo! Movies released this clip from the upcoming Ridley Scott film, The Martian. In the scene, it appears the mission has been scrubbed, but the astronauts must make a journey through a windstorm. The storm may be too much for star Matt Damon, though:
Fans of Scott may recognize the suit-cam footage and even the windstorm itself from his earlier films Alien and Prometheus. The director's fascination with space technology has led to many great visuals and a certified classic in the form of Alien. His visual sense is always top notch and this scene is no different. I may not be Scott's biggest fan, but I can't say he makes bad-looking films, but we'll see if its a Scott film I actually like when it arrives in theaters on October 2nd.
