The Director Of Bridesmaids Wrote Some Of The Amazing Spider-Man

Paul Feig is now The Director of Bridesmaids pretty much everywhere he goes, which is definitely preferable to Director of Grounded AKA Unaccompanied Minors, Sabrina the Teenage Witch's First Season Science Teacher or Dad at Car Wash from Bad Teacher.

But he does have plenty of other winning aliases, from Author of Superstud: Or How I Became a 24-Year-Old Virgin to Creator of Freaks and Geeks.

And add to the pile, Uncredited Rewrite Artist On The Amazing Spider-Man.

Feig was chatting with Vulture at the premiere of Sarah Polley's Take This Waltz when he revealed his hitherto secret involvement in Spider's next outing:

[Marc Webb is] a great guy, he invited me on set, and I did a little bit of writing for that movie, for one of the high school scenes, so I'm excited.

What "a little bit of writing" actually comes down to remains to be seen, but as you'll know from Feig's alias circa 2000, he's got quite the aptitude with high school chatter.
