Just Cause 3 Mods Are Being Considered For Consoles

One of the most surprising announcements at this year's E3 was that PC mods for Fallout 4 were going to be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This opens up a ton of possibilities and not just for that game. What about other franchises that have solid mod communities?

One such series is Just Cause. There is a whole host of hilarious mods available for Just Cause 2 that are well worth fooling around with. Is it possible we'd see mods come to Just Cause 3 on consoles though?

Hopefully, according to Avalanche Studios. Speaking to GameSpot, Just Cause 3 game director Roland Lesterlin said that the studio were looking at the option.

We've been wanting to do quite a lot of that stuff for a while. We're not announcing anything there yet, but… we would want to support [mods] as much as possible.

Seriously, you've not lived until you've used an infinite grapple hook in Just Cause. Mods in the game can lead to such a good time. It would be great to see that come to consoles.
