Darkseid Justice League Snyder Cut Art Revealed By Zack Snyder Himself

Darkseid is…coming. Not the way we thought he would, not to theaters' screens. But instead to HBO Max. Director Zack Snyder shared a look at what looks to be concept art, or maybe an unfinished piece of CGI, from the Snyder Cut of Justice League this morning. The ruler of Apokolips stands on ground made of lava, with a swole bare chest and brandishing weapons in each hand. Darkseid looks he just stepped out of a God of War game, ready to create havoc and challenge the entire Justice League to a fierce battle. You can see for yourself below.

Darkseid Could Make All of This Worth It

I have to say; of all the Snyder Cut stuff, this is the one thing about it that has me interested at all. Darkseid is such a fantastic character, a true Kirby creation that I have always wanted to see brought to life in live-action. We have no idea really what this version of this film is going to look like in its final form, but for the first time since the rumblings about a Snyder Cut started, this art or whatever it is has me excited.

Fans were sent into a tizzy this morning about this. Many replied under the Twitter post with memes and tweets about Darkseid already being here and treating him as a conquering hero almost. It is comparable to the MCU version of Thanos, even though that story had 10 years of build-up and didn't almost never come to be like the Snyder Cut. Whatever the case may be when this is released in 2021, hopefully, we get more than a few minutes to spend with Darkseid, and this is not the only chance we get to see him in the DCEU.
