True Blood Werewolf To Play Supergirl's Livewire

BritMorganLike Harley Quinn, the DC Comics villain Livewire debuted in an animated series before being brought into the comic book universe. And like Harley, she is getting a live-action version now to be played by True Blood alum Brit Morgan. The character will appears on the new Supergirl series starring Melissa Benoist.

Livewire is also Leslie Willis, a shock-jock that works for CatCo, the same company as Kara Danvers. But an accident turns the character into a living conduit for electrical energy.

Besides playing a werewolf on True Blood, Morgan has been seen on Two And A Half Men, The Mentalist and Criminal Minds along with films Freeloaders and My Funny Valentine.

Supergirl debuts October 26th on CBS.
