Tyler, The Creator Is Making A Film And Here's The First Trailer

Tyler, The Creator is probably more (in)famous for the pulled Mountain Dew commercial he made that caused a great deal of controversy than his rap career, and he appears to be building upon that infamy and turning his hand to filmmaking.

Earlier today he posted a link to the first trailer for his film, Wolf, on Twitter.

Be warned, there's some pretty NSFW language in the trailer.

I really hope that the use of homophobic language in that trailer is thought out and related to the the despicableness of the characters using it and not just an example of horrible and casual use of a very unpleasant word. I fear it may be the latter.

The trailer was directed by Tyler, The Creator and shot by Luis Ponch, as will the film be presumably. Ponch also shot the war film inspired music video for Tyler, The Creator and Domo Genesis' Sam Is Dead.

Wolf has no release date as yet, as you can probably tell from the trailer above. You can, of course, listen to the soundtrack to the film right now though as it's Tyler, The Creator's album of the same name.
