Robert Downey Jr. has released a photo that would seem to indicate Iron Man director Jon Favreau may be back in the Marvel family — and not just as Happy Hogan.

The photo, spotted by The Wrap earlier today, feature Downey, Favreau, new Spider-Man Tom Holland, Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige, Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo and celebrity chef Roy Choi; whose life was the basis for Favreau's surprisingly great film Chef.
Now Downey's comment about a new project would suggest Favreau and Choi may go on another culinary adventure, but the presence of key Marvel Studios personnel would suggest and different kind of odyssey. Everyone is welcome to make their guesses and I'll make mine based on nothing other than a memory.
When I was a lad, I worked at Universal Studios Hollywood. At the time, we had three rides — The E.T. Adventure, Back to the Future: The Ride and Jurassic Park: The Ride. We also had a restaurant based around the Marvel superheroes called Marvel Mania. The food was unmemorable, but it was served by wait staff dressed as Spider-Man, Captain America and so on. Could a new iteration of the place be in the works?
Yeah, I don't think so either, but any guess is a good one as Downey has unleashed something incredibly cryptic and yet so specific. Or, more likely, Downey and Favreau happen to be in Atlanta, where the photo was taken, to shoot their scenes for Spider-Man: Homecoming and brought an entourage.
