Back in the old days, twenty years ago, we eagerly awaited the weekly episode of our favorite television series. In college, my friends and I would gather in someone's tiny room, crowding onto beds or the floor, to watch ER or Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Season finales, or worse, cliffhanger season finales, meant months of waiting before knowing […]

Good news if you said yes to any of those because Amazon has just landed a comedy called Nancy Wu Done It following a competitive bidding war between studios. The series will be a collaboration between Amazon Studios and Vertigo, with Roy Lee and Miri […]

For Esmé Creed-Miles' title character, the return of Amazon Prime's Hanna means having to return to the past to secure her own future. With the eight-episode second season set to premiere on July 3, the streaming service has released an official trailer for the action-thriller. Having had her father taken from her and a life […]

Then in […]
Despite the modern discourse on the perils of screen time for children, I love watching television with my kids. I grew up watching Star Trek: The Next Generation and later ER with my parents, and now treasure those shared memories. In an effort to create similar memories for our elementary school-aged children, my spouse and I […]
Hello, it is I, Eden: die-hard Scooby-Doo fan and lover of children's cartoons. I'm here to definitively rank all the versions of Scooby Doo's television shows throughout the years. Just to be clear, I'm not counting the direct to home video movies and specials (because we all know that Scooby-Doo Wrestlemania Mystery with John Cena […]

At the time […]
