Watching Andrew Marr on BBC 1 this morning, interview George Osborne, the previous Chancellor Of The Exchequer and current editor of The Evening Standard, I couldn't help but be reminded of a certain scene in Doctor Who with Prime Minister Harriet Jones (yes, we know who she is).
