Before You Kill Off An Original X-Man, Always Make Literary References (Extermination #4 Spoilers)
Multiple Man #5 started it with the mutant literary references, though sadly Legion wasn't present to make it even better…
And over in Extermination #4, Ahab joins in with the book club. Well, he's probably been teased about his name since he was a fascist cyborg hunting kid.
And you know what? This series with Ahab going up against Teen Cable now makes a little more sense from this introductory scene from decades ago…
But then of course, what happens next screws all that up.
Shunk? What kind of sound effect is Shunk?
Oh, that kind of sound effect. And given that the adult Cyclops already died from the Terrigen Mist and lived a full life up until that point, and it has been determined that, yes, these are the same X-Men ripped from time as the ones in the present day…
…and that the events of their past selves affect their present selves instantly…
…then after killing off Tykelops, it's only a matter of time before these folk join the scene…
