Sesame Workshop and Tubi have announced a new partnership that will add 250 episodes of Sesame Street to the free streaming platform. Specifically, they are uploading some of the more "nostalgic" episodes, according to this week's announcement, delving deep into the first two decades of the PBS Kids program. Some of the highlighted episodes include the first episode from 1969 called "Gordon Introduces Sally to Sesame Street," one from 1988 called "Maria and Luis Get Married," an episode from 1980 with a Star Wars cameo called "R2-D2 and C-3PO Visit Sesame Street," and one of the first on-location episodes ever filmed with "Big Bird Goes to Hawaii" from 1978.
