Watch The New Trailer For LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
Here's a true story: when I saw the ferris wheel in this new trailer for LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, I mistook it for the London Eye and immediately got extremely excited at the prospect of watching Batman, Robin, Superman, Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Lex Luthor and the Joker all tearing a LEGO London to pieces. Bonus points for taking out people who walk slowly down Oxford Street.
Actually it seems that we're back in Gotham City again. There's some kind of evil plot afoot, it seems like Lex Luthor helps the Joker escape from Arkham Asylum and … look, you get to play as Superman and take out people with your heat vision. That's enough to brighten anyone's day.

On a related note, I'll be attending The BAFTA Video Game Awards tomorrow evening and, as I did with the Film Awards, will be providing interviews and coverage from the event and live-tweeting the winners as they are announced. More details to come tomorrow.
