Earlier in the week we heard that Channing Tatum was going to exit the upcoming Fox film Gambit But now it seems that it may have just been a negotiating tactic as reports from THR say that the actor has signed on to play an anchor character in the X-Men Franchise the same way Hugh[...]

While we, along with most folks, first thought the character on the cover of the upcoming Daredevil relaunch by Charles Soule and Ron Garney for Marvel was the X-Man Gambit (though we corrected that very soon afterwards from an inside source), there have been ponderings as to who this new character may be, intended to[...]
And guest-starring Gambit… as Daredevil's new student.
UPDATE: It's not Gambit I am told that it may look like Gambit, but it ain't him All the folk leaking stuff to me today think it is but it is not A brand new character for Daredevil to tutor…
The tagline? "The devil's apprentice…"

During an interview with MTV News, Channing Tatum was asked about what was going on with the character of Gambit.
"We're finding a writer and sort of beating it out I don't want to give too much away because we don't know that much right now other than we obviously know who Gambit is We really[...]
If you've taken the time to vote, you're probably familiar with the name James Asmus.

The X-Men producer tells Empire that she really wants to do a movie focused on Gambit, and she wants Channing Tatum to play him.
I'm dying to do a Gambit movie with Channing Tatum That doesn't have to be a great big movie It's a thief in New Orleans, it's a whole different story He's on[...]

Weirdly, this is set in the continuity of Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe, but one that just hand waves away the final scenes of that book.
Any excuse for Gambit to get his top off It's that kind of sexual gratuitous art that really lets comics down, don't you think? I look forward to some Topless[...]
There was no solicitation for Gambit #10 Instead they went straight from #9 to #11 by mistake Issue #11 was meant to be #10.
Its solicitation text read.
• Desperate to learn the lady thief's secret, Gambit joins Joelle on a heist that may even be too much for him to handle…especially when the villainous Tombstone gets[...]
Of Deadpool #6 getting a non-50th Anniversary Variant.
Gambit #10 was solicited as Gambit #11 (though correct on the order form and online solicitions, it seems)
However Ultimate Comics Wolverine #2 was missed out of Previews in print and the solicitations sent to websites, and the evidence can only be found on the order form which lists[...]
Two comics are published today, Uncanny Avengers by Rick Remender and John Cassaday, and A Plus X with a story by Chris Bachalo. Yeah, Bachalo on his own,
Had that happened with Gambit, I might be here to tell you that we have another example of the Coen Bros mastery of cinema.
But, sadly, it didn't.
Despite this screenplay not being the strongest work by the Coen Brothers by a long stretch, the script for Gambit is still a cut above most[...]
Gambit is becoming a bit of a semi-book It does lots of things, car chase, romantic tension, rooftop fight scenes, breaking and entering, semi-well They're okay, but hardly at the top of their league It may be the art, mediocre-nineties style with heavy colouring as if to cover it up and provide some pizazz, but[...]
Alasdair Stuart writes for Bleeding Cool
One of my favorite periods of X continuity remains the 'What awful thing will Gambit have been revealed to have done this year?' period in the mid-1990s He's such a likable character and he's capable of such genuinely awful things that done right you find yourself as fascinated as you[...]
All that deathly publicity about the Green Lantern Annual seems to be kicking in, and expected reaction to Gambit, on sale today, has put demand on the second issue, Can we expect second prints for both? Captain Marvel also continues to receive high advance orders, which lends one to believe that the market is demadning[...]
But this isn't the Loki we've been reading of late and that's a shame.
Gambit #1 opens with a shower scene, washing his naked body in pure, unadulterated fan service Very different in look and feel to last week's Hawkeye, nevertheless this also sees a B list superhero character in unfamiliar garb, location, embedded in the[...]
(I won't spoil who plays doubting Thomas).
In sexy comics we've got It-Girl (of Madman and the Atomics) for guys and college lesbians, and Gambit for ladies and guys who kiss each other a Chik-Fil-A.
Comics are for everyone!
