Nick Spencer Says Civil War II: The Oath With Change The Marvel Universe Forever. Again.

We told you that we were getting Civil War II: The Oath, last week.

And now it has come to pass. Before Cup O' Joe at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel PR has allowed CBR to confirm its details.

It looks like Civil War II: The Oath will involve Captain America and his oath to Hydra, by Nick Spencer and Rod Reis.

And he swears it will change the Marvel Universe… forever!!!!

Okay, for a bit, anyway.

The title is very much tied to some fundamental changes that are going to happen among certain heroes in the Marvel Universe, the new positions they're going to be placed in, and the new struggles they'll be facing
