The Umbrella Academy Season 4: David Cross Set to Join Series Cast
Reports are that David Cross (Mr. Show) will be joining Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman on the set of The Umbrella Academy Season 4
Following up on our casting update from earlier today, Megan Mullally (Will & Grace) and Nick Offerman (The Last of Us) are officially confirmed to be joining Netflix's series adaptation of Gerard Way & Gabriel Ba's The Umbrella Academy. Mullally first gave the world the heads-up about it during STARZ's premiere event for Party Down Season 3. But we can also add David Cross' (Mr. Show) name to that line-up. Offerman and Mullally will star as Drs. Gene and Jean Thibedeau – "a married pair of community college professors from New Mexico who wear sensible footwear and suffer from the most extreme case of deja vu this timeline has ever seen." Cross' Sy Grossman is "an upstanding, shy business owner and family man desperate to reconnect with his estranged daughter, who will stop at nothing to get her back." All three characters are original to the streaming series.
