Is The Red Goblin in Today's Amazing Spider-Man #798 or Not? (SPOILERS)

So, it's the big question some people want to know in advance. After months and months of teasing, is the Red Goblin in Amazing Spider-Man #798 or not? And if so, is it just an end of issue cameo with the full proper appearance in #799? Or even #800? And is it really Norman Osborn in the Carnage symbiote, or is it some bait and switch?

After all, a lot seems to be riding on it in the aftermarket, with copies selling on eBay in advance for two-to-three-to-four times the cover price. Will that go up… or down?

Is the Red Goblin in Amazing Spider-Man #798? Yes, yes he is. Here, have a look.

Is it just an end of issue cameo with the full proper appearance in #799? Or even #800? No. Don't think that's some end of page splash…. that's halfway through the issue.
