ComiXology All Over The World – The Walking Dead is Beyonce, and Hawkeye is not…

Bear with me for a moment while I contemplate my hypothesis; Beyonce is the only recording artist in the world who could release a full-length album out of nowhere and have it debut at number one, which marks her fifth chart-topping record. She's always on top. The Walking Dead is by far the most consistently selling graphic novel, its 120th issue debuting at number one this week in every country but Japan and China (more on that later). The Walking Dead is always on top. Therefore, in conclusion, The Walking Dead is the Beyonce of comic books.

Mind blown.

Hawkeye sold fairly well this week, reaching sixth place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, while reaching fifth in Australia and the United Kingdom. Clint Barton did manage, however, to usurp Japan and take top spot, but that's kind of like when Kelly Rowland had that one successful single six years ago. The name somehow escapes me. In China, Bloodshot and Deadpool rule the roost, though for the first time in the history of ever, The Walking Dead #106 made the cut in China, appearing at number 6.

So they're a little behind? Don't get your knickers in a twist.
