Jerry Siegel's Daughter Takes On Warners Over Superman Court CaseI received the following this evening;

Dear Rich,

I am the daughter of Jerry Siegel (the writer/co-creator of Superman) and Joanne Siegel (the original model for Lois Lane). Thank you very much for the coverage you you gave to my mom's passing last year and the other stories you have done about my family.

I believe you will be interested in an open letter I have written to Superman fans concerning my David and Goliath battle with Warner Bros. and DC Comics.

Well how could I refuse? There has been much spinning from the Warners case over the Superman rights court cases that the Siegel and Shuster's lawyer, Marc Toberoff, was trying to control Superman and using the families of the character's creator as unwitting stooges. In the following letter, Ms Larson addresses that full on.
