UPDATE: As pointed out in the comments, this is reminisceint of the Mark Waid Is Evil campaign that was behind Irredeemable. Checking further the use of URL, logo, black background, registered through Dotser, using similar advertising media choices… so is this a Boom! Studios project? It does kinda look that way.
