This Week, Marvel Publishes A Preview To Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange

This week, Marvel published the first part of a four issue series, Doctor Strange Prelude, set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, by Will Corona Pilgrim and Jorge Fornes to act as a prelude to the upcoming movie starring Benedict Cumberbatch.

Previous such comics, such as Ant Man Prelude, gave us extra information about the background to the characters, such as the original Ant Man and Agent Carter in the seventies.

Of course, that's when Marvel still talked to each other. So what, if anything, will this prelude teach us?

It begins, of course, with the British Museum, in Fitzrovia, London, just round the corner from Baker Street. And, in public reaction at least, ties it in with events in Greenwich in Thor: The Dark World.
