Name-A-Nemesis Goes For $8,400

Name-A-Nemesis Goes For $8,400The auction to name the police character in Mark Millar and Steve McNiven's Nemesis has been sold on eBay for $8400.

The winner, not yet identified, joined eBay simply to bid on this auction item. The winner began bidding with $6000 and minutes before the auction ended, it was listed at $7350. A flurry of bids between three bidders occurred in the last few minutes with the second bidder going up to $8,300 before the winner made his last bid.

The money will pay for the first quarter of the sum for a new bus to help handicapped children in Scotland, and the rest of the fundraising will now start, with this major start.

The sum is four times that paid by David Lizewski to be the character name for Kick-Ass.
