The New Fantastic Four Big Bad Is… The Griever

When we first learned of the new big bad for the upcoming Fantastic Four relaunch from Marvel Comics by Dan Slott and Sara Pichelli, the character in Pichelli's notes was referred to as Eradikus.

Then we learnt that name was changing.

And now we know what to. As revealed at the Marvel Next Big Thing panel…

Welcome to The Griever.

I guess the Minion is still a Minion…

Marvel EIC C.B. Cebulski said:

"The Fantastic Four are exploring the universe in a new and terrifying way. They're searching for their children! Where has Marvel's first family been? Where are they going and what does the new terrifying foe, The Griever, hold in store for them?"

This new villain is horrifying and touches on an existential terror that the Fantastic Four has never encountered.

The only other details are that he has something to do with where the family has been since the end of Secret Wars.
