The Tick Season 1B: Our Hapless Heroes Unite in Amazon's New Trailer
Sometimes, being wrong isn't always a bad thing. Case in point: The Tick (Peter Serafinowicz), who spent the first half of The Tick's Season 1 on Amazon trying to convince everyone that super-villain The Terror (Jackie Earle Haley) was actually still alive. On a positive note? He was right for once. On a negative note? He was right for once. Yup — The Terror is back! Or to be a bit more precise, it's really like The Terror 2.0.
So with his ever-nervous chum Arthur (Griffin Newman) at his side, The Tick will stand with Overkill (Scott Speiser), Tinfoil Kevin (Devin Ratray), Superian (Brendan Hines), Midnight (voiced by Townsend Coleman), Dangerboat (voiced by Alan Tudyk), and Dot (Valorie Curry) to fight back against the evil machinations of Miss Lint (Yara Martinez) — and The Terror 2.0 himself!
The Tick Season 1B will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video on February 23rd, 2018. Until then, you can check out the trailer for the second-half of the first season and a brief synopsis below:
The Tick returns with more action-packed episodes! Evil is on the march, and The City is right in its way. Something terrible is going to happen, and Destiny needs her champions now more than ever. The Tick and Arthur round up the gang in a crash collision course between justice and villainy. Stream new episodes 2/23 on Prime Video.
In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an accountant with mental health issues and zero powers comes to realize his city is owned by a global super villain long-thought dead. As he struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue superhero.
