The Witcher Stuffed Halloween Candy Pillow Cases with Season 2 Treats
You have to give the folks over at Netflix's The Witcher a ton of credit for at least one thing: they know how to serve up the treats to kick off viewers' Halloween weekends the right way. While series showrunner and executive producer Lauren S. Hissrich, cast members Henry Cavill (Geralt), Freya Allan (Ciri), and Anya Chalotra (Yennefer), and the rest of the production team toil away on getting the second season wrapped and in front of our eyeballs as soon as possible, they've taken a minute to offer up a look at some of the beasts, monsters, creatures, and other things that don't fit those words that Geralt's had to lay steel upon during the first season.
Except… there's something not quite familiar about a scene or two in the clip below?
To celebrate the things that go bump in the night, check out the post below that also reveals two second-season surprises for your eyeballs to enjoy. See if you can catch what they are, and let us know in the comments section below:
Based on the best-selling fantasy series of books, THE WITCHER is an epic tale of fate and family. The story of the intertwined destinies of three individuals in the vast world of The Continent, where humans, elves, witchers, gnomes, and monsters battle to survive and thrive, and where good and evil is not easily identified.
Convinced Yennefer's life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Princess Cirilla to the safest place he knows, his childhood home of Kaer Morhen. While the Continent's kings, elves, humans and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls, he must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses inside.
Netflix's The Witcher season 2 welcomes Kristofer Hivju (Game of Thrones) as Nivellen, Kim Bodnia (Killing Eve) as Vesemir, Yasen Atour (Young Wallender) as Coen, Agnes Bjorn as Vereena, Paul Bullion (Peaky Blinders) as Lambert, Aisha Fabienne Ross (The Danish Girl) as Lydia, and newcomer Mecia Simson as Francesca.
