Nick Percival's comic for Radical Entertainment out-this-month Legends: The Enchanted looks like it may make to the screen for this multi-media publisher, with Ron Howard producing.

This steampunk Grimm fairytale murder mystery looking into the death of Pinnochio, led by Red Hood and Jack, with Goldilocks, Hansel and Gretel.

So not at all like Fables then. Which also looks like it's being made into a film.

And then there are all those other non-comics fairytales-grown-up films on the way. Are fairytales the new superheroes for Hollywood right now? If so…

Basically is it time for Sandman yet?
