Marvel Allows People To Create Marvel Prints As Long As It's Only On A Cake
Look at that image above. Doesn't it want to make you lick your lips? Well, maybe if it was portrayed in icing on top of a cake you might change your mind. Well, that's what Marvel has in mind for the Avengers Vs X-Men launch parties in comic shops on April 3rd. Allowing comic stores to create an Avengers Vs X-Men cake for the event.
Of course such a thing is bound to be legally problematic. Independent cake stores creating Marvel cakes without licence? That would never do. Which is why Marvel is making this waiver available… I wonder if this may have any other non-cake-based functions in the future?
