Do Try to Avoid Spoilers For Captain America #698 Tomorrow…

This is how the new Out Of Time storyline for Captain America has been solicited. At the end of Captain America #697, he had the unfortunate luck to get frozen in ice one more time.

I say "luck", it was deliberate.

The last time, he went to sleep in the forties and woke in the sixties. Marvel Time has knocked that forward, so now Captain America emerged in the twenty-first century.

Now he has woken in an unrecognisable far future. And it's down to him to bring America back from the brink.

Okay, I mean, it might also be a spoiler to say that it has a twist. In that, you'll be looking for a twist. But at least you'll be reading it.

We may mention it on Bleeding Cool tomorrow but only with full spoilers on, and a little later in the day. Might I suggest that you pick up a copy at the earliest convenience, avoid spoilers and… see if you had the same reaction as I did?
