"It's Beauty & The Beast Meets Batman" – Belle: Beast Hunter, From Zenescope, Shown Off At MCM London Comic Con

At MCM London Comic Con, representatives were very keen to show off their upcoming series Belle: Beast Hunter. Taking the story of Beauty & The Beast and making it into the story of a vigilante superhero monster hunter. Batman meets Beauty & The Beast, with Belle as the monster hunter on the streets of the city at night.

Jen was especially keen to talk about how the series, in the current Previews has seen a massive response from the female audience at the show. Zenescope plan a lot of marketing for this launch and believe they may have a new franchise character. The series starts in January, and I have to say, the pitch was strong, especially with this piece of art by Igor Vitorino…

Zenescope made a strong impression on the retailer base at the Diamond Retailer Meeting here today, a group who may have dismissed the publisher in the past. But Belle: Beast Hunter seems to get quite a few cogs in various brains turning when it came to possible sales for such a comic.
