Fandemic Issue Refund Details For Cancelled Houston Show

Ticket buyers to the first Fandemic Tour show intended to kick off in Houston have received the following letter. It reads,

To All of our Fandemic Tour Attendees,

As many of you know from the post on our Facebook page, Fandemic Tour is being postponed until December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of this year. We are deeply saddened by the tragic and unprecedented situation that has unfolded in Houston, and across the Gulf Coast region of Texas, over the past several days as a result of Hurricane Harvey. In the immediate time-frame, the NRG Center has been transformed into a shelter for evacuees, and it has understandably cancelled all events through the original Fandemic Tour weekend of September 15-17. We stand by them with this decision, as we feel it is the best way to support the Houston community.

Fandemic Tour will honor all tickets purchased up to this point for the new weekend in December. Additionally, we will fully refund tickets purchased for those who are unable to attend during the new dates. If you cannot join us in December, and would like a refund, please email HarveyHelp@CAConventions.com with your order number and refund request. All we ask is that you make the formal refund request by September 17th.

We are continually updating the guest list on our website, and will be making formal announcements as we receive confirmations from our guests regarding their attendance. Almost everyone will still be able to join us, including a few who could not make the original weekend. We ask that you bear with us over the course of the next week, though, as our main focus will be transferring over the logistical plans to the new weekend of December 1-3. Please keep an eye out for additional announcements from our team, and make sure to check our website and facebook page for updates about our guests.

We hope that you are all safe,
